A question about steam.

Really simple, what happens when I receive a gift?
Do I need to go to Manage Gifts?
Do they just appear in my Library?

I think you get an email if you're not online when you get it.

A prompt comes up when you recieve it asking if you want to accept it. It also sends you an email.
If you're not logged in, it will pop up when you log in.
