Yes, this should be done. Also, I think there should be shorthands for the "traditional" build and full trust. Also, I think the .trustlevel should be auto-calculated for it to be compatible with old mods.
Also, a way for mods to add trust options would be nice.

I suppose somewhere there could be 2 buttons that says "Classic ______ Trust" and old mods would still use the classic trust options. Trust options "None" and "Full" would still be included fully.

Also, a way for mods to add trust options would be nice.

An ability for add-ons to add more trust options, like the add-ons gui.

I got an idea, Trust Favorites

Like the bricks/minigame gui, there should be a favorites bar. This would allow you to use less time while trusting a person, making you happy and them happy/mad.
