When I run GTA 4 from steam, it says i dont have the supporting version.

You probably don't meet the minimum requirements.

GTA4 is a very intensive game.  It really isn't joking when it says it needs at least a dual core and an old high end GPU as its minimum requirements, not to mention tons of RAM.

I ran it before, it just said I didnt have the supporting patch or update.

I uninstalled it to clear some space, now i want to play it again.
