When I wand to play any HL2 game I get an error

Please help, I don't know what to do or if any one else has this error to..

this is probably a problem that would need reinstallation

if its all of them, its another problem. if its just one, yes, reinstall.

I get this time to time, just reset steam/computer.

Oh, well that works too. So, if you didn't uninstall yet go ahead and restart steam.
