I've been subscribed to this for several years now, they actually removed the requirement to have a .edu email address a year or so ago, I think you can apply now as a high school student. The licenses on most of the software now are for 3 years now, which is awesome. I've currently got AutoCAD 2012 and Impressions 3 installed.
I hope the people who actually paid for this stuff not long ago get a bonus.
Nope, sorry :(
I figure everyone already knows about dreamspark, but here it is again:
https://www.dreamspark.com/The program selection isn't actually that great, but you can get various professional versions of visual studio, and a couple different versions of windows server for free.
Also, if you're in college, if your school is enrolled in the program, and you're registered in an appropriate computer science or engineering program, you should check out MSDNAA. The school lookup is here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/academic/dd861349You can get a lot of free software from there, including copies of Windows 7 Professional, XP, etc.
