can someone make a add-on manager where you can en-able or dis-able add-ons and music, and have a link to the rtb mod manager a the blockland forms (and have it a in-game ienternet box so you can stay at your server? P.S. don't ask me to make it please. I don't know how to script. :S

You would still have to restart your server for the add-ons to work properly.

It is possible to enable add-ons while in a game.
There was once an add-on that did it.
Just every time you enabled one, the server would lag badly and sometimes crash.
And it was hacky.
