Excuse me, my good sir, but the Pulse Grenade is in both Bethesda Studios Fallout games.

Also, you should of suggested the Pulse Grenade from Fallout 3, considering the explosion is about half the size.

have you looked at the video ? its a grenade but when it detonates it makes a sphere of eletricity and kills or hurts anyone in it

Explosions sphere that lasts a couple seconds with no push. I see it working.
