URGENT HELP I HAVE A VIRUS THAT WONT LET ME STARTUP

If it's not showing an OS choice, it probably deleted the BOOT.INI file on your C: drive. It usually looks something like this:

If that doesn't work, you can only do this method is you have a spare computer lying about (not everyone does.)
If you have antivirus software on your other computer, take the hard drive out of that computer and put it in your other one, and RUN A VIRUS SCAN IN SAFE MODE. Remove any threats found, put it back in the one computer, and do the following above.

Only if you have the operating system on it. If not, you're going to have to open your computer.
