Kinect is going to be a pain to control minecraft on. I don't use Xbox, but I would sure be pissed, if I wasn't able to use a controller to play it.

I was thinking it might be possible to rig some nodes onto a player ragdoll and have the player able to control those nodes however they damn please.

It has Kinect support, not made for Kinect. Also, Mojang isn't even working on it. You don't have to play it on Xbox, and if anything, it's a GOOD thing.
