if you want blender then go to www.blender.org and download it free. it's mostly for making movies' but can make add-ons too. there is something for blender in the blockland download page also.

Considering you don't know what Torque Script is, you won't even make an add-on for a long time, and even if your 10 year old brain can somehow pull it off, it will be stuffty quality.
