Why the hell would I need to store loot when all I'm doing is loving stuff up? What's so complicated about that?

You do realize that factions can protect blocks within their claim, and the only way to penetrate said blocks is with TNT. Which requires you to build a mobspawner and store the gunpowder while you get enough sand to craft the TNT. Not to mention the redstone you'll need for your cannon. Or the iron blocks you'll need to use pistons to push them horizontally across surfaces. Since you'll no doubt be using pistons instead of cannons with your limited gunpowder income.

Oh also you'll need diamond swords and armor to kill the inhabitants while you're ransacking their compound.
