I actually enjoy games that do things like that, it gives you a little break from playing, and adds nicely to the storyline.

You know the part of the game where you have the conversation with your sister, and then after looking around and hugging her goodbye you run off? And how the entire thing was in first-person? That stuff was amazing, and they definitely should've done it that way instead of having the handicapped, ugly-ass cartoon cut-scenes in between every mission. Seriously, it was just awesome how immersive the first-person scripted events were, and why they didn't vote to do it that way for the exposition is beyond me.

Yeah but between every mission they play an Esurance commercial.

The cutscenes are really poorly done and look like Esurance commercials.

So I got a bad game?

So I got a bad game?

Mirror's Edge is a really, really good game, one of the best I've honestly ever played. The cut-scenes between missions however are simply dreadful.

I just want to 100% it.

How do I check if my Mirror's Edge is the US version?
