Once again you show stupidity and ignorance. You don't know what you're talking about. If you hack something and conceal yourself the FBI can't just wiggle their nose and throw them in jail, they have to manually track them down through all of the ways they've been concealing them selves. It's not as easy as it sounds.
it's obviously not as easy but it's not impossible. you find the hotspot(s) they are using you can find an area in which they are. for example, if the hotspots make a circular pattern they would probably be inside the circle, if it made a cluster they would most likely be around it, if not in the middle. i'm being broad on those examples because i don't have time to pick out every variable. if they did cause any real stuff they would go to jail in a matter of months.
