A fancy looking gun that will shoot tape at any player it aims at. If you get hit with it, you get tape on your mouth and can't talk for 15 seconds until the tape is gone. Of course noobs can easily abuse this weapon so it should be a admin or super-admin-only weapon. And in RTB you can change the timespan of the tape. Max should be 2-3 minutes.

Then how about its a admin or super-admin-only weapon. And in RTB you can change how many seconds the tape will last. Max is 2 minutes.

how about it tapes you to a wall as well if you get shot with it when next to a wall

Good idea! It might be almost like the Swiss Army Gun, only its a weapon.
