Crash Time Menu Background Video Lag (is this even a valid topic for this sec?)

I have a problem with Crash Time menu. The title says it all. The menu lags like forget when the background video clip changes. It's annoying as forget so can anyone tell me how to turn it off. I don't even know if anyone else plays this.
