Thats right, it's a bow and arrow, that shoots fancy arrows that home in on plastic with a soul contained in it. (Blockheads, dummeh)
All it is, is a fancy looking bow, capable of firing 1 arrow a second, and if the arrow is shot at a other player/bot, it will home in on them. However, not make a sharp turn and fly towards it. It will make a soft curve and if it misses the player, it probably will hit some other poor sap or the wall behind him.
Also, the arrows should have a trail, that is really noticeable.
