You're argument is based on the unproved statement that light defines time. Since no one is ever going to prove this statement. I'll leave, and you can discuss your show.
It's called theoretical physicism, and it is commonly accepted by the science community.
Most of our science is absed on theories. Take for example quantum physics.

That doesn't make sense. Time is constant.
If your movement speed is equal to the speed of light(186,000 mi/sec), you don't move through time, thus time 'stops'
