It was a good purchase. Other than the plot and actual campaign they're both identical to Half Life 2 (same weapons and enemies) , but said plot and campaign do make it worth the money.

Episode 2 is widely known as being the best of the three, and the original being in second.

I played the stuff out of episode 2 and loved the stuff out of it. One is just antilion holes and shotting cars and boring escort stuff all in small rooms. Episode 2 is where you go into the Antilion caves and fight diffrent types of antilions. ITS loving BALLER BUY IT RIGHT NOW

I personally enjoyed Episode 1 more, not sure why, with Episode 2 having the Jalopy and stuff.

[SPOILER START]In portal 2 Chell escaped from Aperture Science, And in Episode 2 they were Going to the Aperture Science Borealis. So, Chell is going to help Freeman? Portal 3 or Episode 3?[SPOILER END]

[spoilers]I thought portal 2 takes place after a significant amount of time after Episode 2. Nonetheless, I have a feeling something incorporating portal and ep3 will happen. Gordon with portal guns maybe? [end spoilers]

I liked episode one, but I found myself waiting for it to end my first time through because I wanted to see the plot continue a little more. I looked at it as this bridge I had to cross to get to the next chapter.

[spoilers] Maybe some time travel stuff will cause Chell and Freeman to meet up? After all, Alyx and Freeman got transported a week (i think) into the future in HL2, maybe it could be into Chell's time this time. [spoiler end]

Episode 2 didn't look appealing to me, though Episode 1 did because I have a special interest for creepy hospitals and convoy missions
