Should I get Bioshock?

I heard exploring through Rapture would never be as amazing in the second game.

I loved walking on the sea floor. There was a fake rock you could jump through and go so far you're technically out of water. Then I'd drill dash back into the water, hoping I'd crash my game or something. :( But all that happens is I suddenly slow down and my weapons fall away.

I thought it was really fun, and the story is fairly interesting. Same with BioShock 2.
