I have 30 hours played and I haven't found one bug.
EDIT: Actually, I found one, where in the brotherhood of steel base if you sit in Elder Mcnamera's chair, he never goes to the command room and you can't talk to him. Not game breaking, you just have to kill the brotherhood of steel.
