It's just like a team, but people can make their own faction, instead of telling the minigame host to make it. And people can join them without having the minigame host put them into it. And you can have more the 4 teams.

Its like TDM except factions are like Army's or an I.M.G. (Independent Military Group). This possibly hasn't explained much.

Support, and I wish i could make this. Maybe a tdm script edit to sub-teams... nah i cannot pull that off. I fail at anything besides minor edits.
