well the first one was on PC too so you could assume so

I'm pretty sure they're still working on making the first one available for PC, and Cold War will most likely be announced for PC soon. I doubt we'll be seeing them on PSN anytime soon though.

clearly you have never been tasked with porting a game from one coding language to another

that takes time and money, you know. not magic.

I'd say it was a geniuses move, they are giving their game a chance on the market instead of throwing it to the dogs of piracy.
