Author Topic: asdf my monitor stand just broke  (Read 1255 times)

I don't know why, but I just really am not fond of HDMI
I do like it for how easy it is compared to component cables, but I just prefer VGA
It's a bit difficult to see a difference on some games with the HDMI and PS3. I like VGA because I have like 10 VGA cables.

I'll just buy another CRC monitor from a thrift store on Saturday.
My friend was going to come over, but it's probably too late to ask him. It's 8:00. I didn't call him earlier because my parents weren't here.

Act coolio, use pencels and spoons to rebuild It like I did

i'm just going to sleep all weekend.

I can't play games on my crappy pc. My monitor is broke. The games I have access to bore me.
oh well

Ima veectum of circumstansh.

why are you using CRT monitors anyway?
I'm having to use an old IBM one at my dad's since my stepbrother broke the other monitor, and quite frankly, I really hate the old thing
it takes up the majority of the desk, it looks bad, and the only working connector on it is the VGA

I don't know.
It's just what my parents gave me as a hand-me down.
I have to have my keyboard on my lap, because my desk isn't a desk. It's a cabinet for a TV and a soundsystem.

No one noticed? ._.

Apparently not. This forum is about trial and error. Even with jokes. Looks like you failed.

I was going to call my friend, but it's supposed to be as hot as it was today. (32 degrees)

VGA to HDMI or DVI is amazing. You'd never go back. It's crystal clear.
And yes, HDMI and DVI have the same quality. They are both a digital signal, so you either get a perfect signal or none at all. HDMI just bundles audio and an amazingly high price.

GT5 looks loving AMAZING on a 55 inch LED HD TV LOOKS SO loving REAL

LCDs are dropping in price. You might as well get rid of that junk CRT monitor and get an LCD.
Sure you might not have a cathode ray tube anymore but you'll get more than half your desk space back.
And before you say anything, LCD monitors can come with a VGA adapter to it.
