This would be more like a Prop they can be thrown or placed not for health.
With this there would be an event that you can use to sense the items (basically so you can make conveyor belt system, and yes all it needs is an OnFoodItemTouch if it can be linked to the bot/player events to make it).
Food Items (these are not have to but this is intended for RPs, but ones that would be good):
- Bread
- Fruit
- Jelly
- Peanut Butter
- Milk
- Orange Juice
- Veggies
- Soda (original name for soda might be good)
- Chips
- Candy
- <insert your food Idea>
Pros:
