lol i made it taller then sold it to you and then you shortened it :(

ahahaha! I'm going to be working on the scripts starting right now. hopefully get some cool things done for the next update.

Any way of adding the feature of when you buy land with bricks on it, you buy the lot and bricks.  This way, to make it more realistic, you could sell your house to someone else, making it more realistic.

Im all for this project of yours.  I started a realistic city rpg some time ago, went through all available "city" rpg mods, and decided to go with events.  Unfortunately, I kept on crashing when i tried ghosting the build.  This was, i suspect, due to the brick count of ~128,000.  I estimated that the finished product was going to be ~300,000.  This was in part because i was going to have like 10 sky scrapers, each ranging from 20-45 stories tall, four wealth-based areas with various neighborhoods and cul-de-sac, massive sewers, powerplants, highways, bridges...
You get what ive been aiming for.

Also, i understand your wanting to make a realisticish city rpg, but you roads look a bit too narrow.  And what are the land plot sizes of the skyscraper-esk buildings?  Cuz your sky scrapers are a whole crap load smaller than mine.

Please consider my first paragraph's subject.  And if your using events and you figure this out, Pm me the events cuz ive been trying to write it out for a long time (my computer crashed as i said above) and ive only been able to make a really spammy event system for the buying of properties with bricks using setownership.

This is the most detailed city I've ever seen. I like the office buildings, houses and streets.

i would love to build here but atm i just don't have the time, maybe sometime in the future.

I view the goal of Custard's CityRPG is to make a very realistic city experience without going all out on brick count. Thus everything is as compact as possible while still providing an excellent, playable city environment. The bases of the skyscrapers in the city vary from 32 by 32 to 64 by 64, these are mainly constricted by the lot sizes available in CityRpgs. Sadly Real Estate is bugged currently, but owners can sell their buildings for what they are worth to them, not just the base cost.

I'll look at that pretty soon. maybe I'll add a new renting system too. that'd be cool.

I've gotta fix a lot lol

Wait is it currently possible to own part of a lot. (Like an apartment)?

You just pay the owner for build rights and a few bucks every few ticks and you can live in one of the buildings.
