Author Topic: I want to keep working on my L4D project but I need help.  (Read 1443 times)

So for those of you who are familiar I was working on a L4D in Blockland project about a year ago, and I want to revive that. If you are not familiar here are a few pictures and the topic so you know what I am talking about.

My predicament here is that while making these I worked closely with Nasaboy3000. Unfortunately, though he is a great builder, Nasa is also a drama queen and procrastinator. And since I know even if I asked him he would refuse to help me for those exact same reasons, I need someone else to work with. You need to be a fairly good builder (My theme is pretty generic so that should be too difficult) and you need to have good knowledge of the layout of the maps. And you need to generally be easy to work around.

Here are some application details. (Post your applications here)

Name: BLID: How much you play averagely (If you know)
Post pictures of your build.
Post a save of your build.
Why you think you should be able to help. (This part is not mandatory if you think that the above to speak for themselves
A link to your steam account (completely optional)

There's no real criteria for the build (IE: no min 1000 bricks) but it generally has to be zombie or urban themed.

Last thing, I also posted this to see if anyone cares whether or not I continue this project. If no one seems to want it I will not continue it simple as that.

I've always wished this would have been completed.
I would help, but I don't know the maps.

Since when have I been a drama queen? I just procrastinate a lot.
I would have gladly helped you again if you would have asked.

Generally when you do not like how things are going you quit thats why. It's kind of annoying.

You guys were doing a good job, you should finish it.

Or at least finish Dead Center. Make any changes you need to, to make it better, and if you like the outcome of the campaign, go ahead and do the rest.

I would like to help, but I'm more focused on school right now. I might drop in when I have some free-time though and try to help out a bit, like last time.

Suggestion, try building it so all four maps can be loaded and played at the same time.

That's not really being a drama queen, I was just being very picky because I like everything to be the best it can be.  Its one of my larger flaws.

I'd like to help but I'm not that great of a builder. I'm very good at events though so if you need help with those I would be glad to help.

-snip-

You just made my day.

I remember that, was pretty fun. All I remember is the stadium though :u

Same. It was good, but unfinished.

Maybe I will finish the stadium first then. Fix the interior, then event. It would be easy enough and keep my interest going.

Edit: Also NASA and I will be working together again. If anyone would still like to apply to help however they can.
