MW2 Glitch?

I was playing one of those roll the dice servers you find in black ops, but this of course, was on MW2. Alot of it was random weaponry, upgrade weaponry and killstreak spam. After the 5th match, a fellow player said "level 70, huh?"
It turned out everyone maxed out there levels.
I am now a level 70. Everything is unlocked more or less.
It also seems to be permenant. I opened and restarted it.
It was still there. /discuss

It was probably also a Prestige lobby, one time I accidentally got into one of them and I reached prestige 10 level 70, and it stayed that way.

Do you mean the lengthy amount of time it takes to surpass the levels of the people who have tenth level 70 prestige?

It's not a glitch, it's a hacked server....durrrr.

There's probably stats resetters out there, I had to use one during the free weekend.
