You can set it so you can click it to join the room

Integrated voice chat would be nice but the only way to really do this is to code it straight into the engine.
Any other method is overly complicated and is going to fail.

It's a tad harder to learn grammer if he is deaf, trying to learn how to use grammer after never hearing it.

2. I don't any member of this 'team' will set up a central server, meaning individual servers will need to run the add-on/program. If you don't want people to use it, don't get it.
