Can I make a Blockland Audio Chat logo?

Just thought I'd ask.

I don't understand how it's "parented", to where?

And Brian Smith is inept for this.

Torque cannot check if an outside window is open, let alone communicate with it.
Therefore, it is not:
parsible.

Nope, you're completely wrong.

You can communicate with Blockland using a TCP connection

However, I still want to know how this is going to be approached.

Oh its totally parsible. But its also possible!

I'll believe this when it happens.

Even if it does happen, why the hell would you do this? There are many programs that already do voice chat just fine, and a lot of people who want voice chat are already using them. You're not making things any simpler, you're only complicating them by also requiring users to also download an add-on and run BL with it.

This, I forgot to mention that there are plenty of voice programs already out there.

not only do they have to download a add-on, the server has to have its own web ports opened, and then the players would have to open their ports, if this were to use kalphiters approach, and then the server would need a voice chat hosting program, and the server addon.

too complicated for what it's worth, IF it's ever completed.

/agree

I would agree with this because I already use Skype for online voice chatting but I am pretty sure this program would be in-game voice communication.

EDIT: You dont have to use it if you dont like it.

You should make it where it notifies clients joining servers using said mod that there is an open room to join. It makes this worth it's effort. Perhaps auto-join features, TDM team chat, and in-game popup thing in the corner or something that shows who's taking, too.

Basically you need to make the mod feel integrated with Blockland

Nope.avi this bad idea. I not want make this mod. Cuz how I can hear your voice?? I rather not use this in my server and disable it. I am not stuipd or idiot. I just say this make me uncomfortable with it. Not fair you guys can hear while in play tdm and kill me without hear. I perfer use chat message team or use irc. Like above these guy try tell you can find other progam software. But not make mod. Sorry.. aslo good job make gui look good. If you guys read my grammer bad or awful. That me. Always it me. Cya, I has go to work.

I see myself using this for chatting with my friends and using it for voices in my videos. Nothing else really...

Good luck I guess...

Or you could use any other existing program and set your welcome message to include "go hear for voice chat"

Integrated voice chat would be nice but the only way to really do this is to code it straight into the engine.
Any other method is overly complicated and is going to fail.
