So a while back i bought Fallout New Vegas but sadly whenever i do something its sound is delayed. like this one time i was beating up people then later i go searching for some weapons and ammo and i hear "YAAAAH!". it was the sound from a hour earlier, now i cant seem to fix it i tried toying with the audio settings but it wont fix it D:
