Better yet, how about a squelch command. That way if you're an admin, you can just shut them up once and for all! (this would ONLY work if your an admin though, so ignore would be nice too.)

Seriously though, when you think about it, Spation has a really valid argument with point 2.
All the teachers say "Be the bigger man, go tell someone else, walk away"
But if some gimp keeps on swearing at you, no one really just walks away or tells someone else anymore, they deal with it, whether it will be verbally or physically.
