I got a kick in RDR out of watching Marston tumble down the road after spawning a coach, getting it going very fast, then spawning another coach so that the current one disappears underneath his feet.

I was playing co-op campaign in Halo Reach. Two other guys were playing Tip of the Spear with me on Legendary. When we were at the first anti-air gun, me and another guy died after we damaged the AA gun with the warthog rockets to the point of exploding. The third guy decided to run inside the AA gun while it was exploding. Me and the other guy respawned next to him just outside the gun. A checkpoint set. The gun exploded, killing all three of us. We reloaded at the checkpoint. Gun explodes and kills us again. Respawn at checkpoint, gun explodes, respawn at checkpoint. Repeat. Eventually the game resets us at the previous checkpoint, allowing us to continue the game.

In Fallen Earth I was riding my motorcycle somewhere.
I went to go for a piss and left the motorcycle on auto-move, when I came back I had driven straight up an invisible wall and was floating in the air.

I was racing a friend on Forza 3 and was winning. However, towards the end I hit the ridge of the track (that red and white striped part) and somehow managed to do a perfect barrel roll onto the roof of the car. That was actually the second time I managed to perfectly flip my car upside down whilst doing a barrel roll. The first time being in San Andreas Multiplayer.

A friend and I were playing GTA 4 and we were hiding in the one business building near the construction site trying to get 6 stars. We had either 4, 5, or 6 when a cop with a shotgun ran in. We were behind the small wall where the comfy chairs and table are, when the cop blasted 20 shots in a row, all within a second, killing my friend. I was crying from laughter.
