Some map suggestions

I had some map suggestions that i would like someone to make.
If some of these were already made, or look like what i want, please tell me.

 Maps:
 Ice shelf          (http://nsidc.org/quickfacts/images/iceshelf_01.jpg)
 Destroyed city      (http://www.sfmuseum.org/photos2/damage2.gif)
 Moscow             (City, not JUST temple, include that too though)
 Forest                 (http://beautifulsceneries.info/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/forest.jpg)

We already have a Forest map made by Tyler66. (I think it's by Tyler, not sure.)
And the map "Thin Ice" is equivalent to Ice Shelf.
Search those an maybe you'll find one.

oh yeah, one more map, Germany Alps/Mountains (i imagine some kind of... medeival type thing)

i saw a huge map list and found some awesome maps, thanks, but the thin ice one isnt exactly what i was thinking about, all i want out of an ice shelf is the river and two ice blocks, is all.
