Yes please. Not only does 2.0 have new features, such as a WYSIWYG editing mode and better signature regulations for admins, but sooner or later Simple Machines will stop supplying security updates to older versions such as 1.1 (if they haven't already).
1: WYSIWYG Editors are never perfect. When I'd edit for Wikia a lot, most of my edits ended up being cleaning up all the ugly artifacts the editor left which forgeted up the page. You can't easily automate post encoding with morons around.
2: If you check Badspot's signature, you'd notice he kept it mainly originally because he couldn't figure out how to remove it, probably without making other problems. He hasn't let us have post-visible signatures in many years, and for good reason. Signatures mean almost nothing here.
3: Badspot can create his own security updates. Not like he'd even need one, though. He locked down the board, you can't do anything but view without a serial.
