Author Topic: fffff how do i import MDL's into blender  (Read 726 times)

I googled MDL importer and got some file, but the instructions say:

Code: [Select]
Copy mdl_import.py into the ".blender/scripts" directory of your Blender installation.
In a Script window, go to the "Script" menu entry and perform an "Update Script"
Now, still in a Script window, go to Menu "Script->Import".
You should see a "MDL Loader (.mdl)..." entry.

In a script window? Script menu? What?

help pls I have no idea what im doing.

Why do you want to import a MDL into Blender?
If you are the legitimate creator of the model you should have saved the "base files" too.

Or what are you trying to do?

Also, perhaps the importer was made for Blender 2.5x
