I've been trying to download the
Ghost Skin for GTA 4.
In the readme, it says:
1. Download OpenIV 0.9.2.250
from:
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=3882892. Run OpenIV, Select Grand Theft Auto IV
([IV]MW2 Ghost not EFLC compatible)
3. click the > arrow Navigate to
PC>Models>CDImages>playerped.rpf
4. click EDIT MODE button,[Yes]
5. Extract the folder "playerped.rpf" from
"[IV]MW2 Ghost" to your desktop
6. Drag "playerped.rpf" content into OpenIV
(NOT THE FOLDER,Content Only!)
6. Click File>Rebuild, if it says
"You don't need to rebuild, rebuild anyway?", click yes
7. Close OpenIV
8. Play the game
9. Using a trainer such as INGameTrainerv1.9

Simply Select Other Texture's On
Torso
Pants
Special 1
Shoe's
Enjoy
So I did everything it said for steps 1-8 because I don't use a trainer and when I try to play GTA it says that GTA stopped working.
I replaced playerped.rpf with the ghost stuff, so that's most likely why it's not working. But why isn't it working if I did everything?
