I lost my last set of discs, so I ordered it off of Amazon. (Apparently it wasn't supposed to arrive for another month, but here it is).
Pretty fun game. However, since I'm older I realize that there isn't much tactics to the game itself and it's pretty much just a bum rush to get all the best tech's.
The only real strategy is the economy and spying part of the game.
Nevertheless it's still a cool game for it's time. (Late 90's)
