You should be able to find approximate amounts by looking up what type of food it is. But, really, you don't need to add up an exact amount.

The more on your plate, the more likely you'll eat more than you really need to. Take very small portions, and you might be surprised by how hungry you're not. And again, whenever you feel hungry, drink water. You'll find you're less inclined to eat as much as you might otherwise.

Keep in mind, of course, that this advice is geared toward overweights. The bottom end of your ideal weight is about 118. There is no benefit to being underweight. A few pounds is not a great issue, but don't go too far.
Just 4.07 pounds

no, I just told you that it doesn't matter
if you're just trying to lose weight, you can eat whatever you want as long as you burn more calories than you eat

Don't eat before exercising, drink plenty of fluids in the morning.
I suggest you plan cardio workouts and then drink protein shakes afterwards instead of eating food.

I woke up and lost 7 pounds just because i spent 45 minutes jogging and doing full body stretches.
