Disabled /clearbricks command.

I want the non-admins disabled from using /clearbricks command. When I am playing salvage I get starfishs clearing their bricks which deletes any bricks they may have planted.

Also if I happen to be 'afk' idiots spam and then clear their bricks right when I get back so there is no actual evidence of them spamming.

That should work. You can set Clearing Bricks to Super Admin only, or completely disabled. Only the Host can set it to completely disabled. It gives a quick centerprint if the player tries to use it when they can't.
