When installing you're given the option to create a dedicated server shortcut. You must have looked over it. Reinstall to get it back ;)

Remember to back up your addons/saves/screenshots.

Well HINT HINT he actually did it this way...  so people wouldn't be complaining about not being able to find the dedicated.bat file in program files. So he was so smart to give us the option of making a shortcut for it on our desktop. Anyway it takes 10 seconds to re-install blockland
