Suggested fallout 3 mods?

I got fallout 3 a while ago but it couldn't run on my PC. We just got a new pc and it is running fine so I need some mod suggestions. Anyone know any really good ones?

You could try the top 25 of the Top 100 list on the Fallout 3 Nexus, although the best mod to get is the mod manager to start off with.
