Nobody's posting, so I'll crack open a bear and do something myself this once.
A little after you woke up, it was obvious that you didn't have much. No weapons, and not much clothes. You remind yourself of a beggar, really. But you do know one spell, some sort of fireball. You hope you wont need to use it anytime soon.
Walking to the Imperial City seems like a good first move. It's not far, and you don't really see any sort of animals or monsters on the path. Maybe some of the people saw something, or even know who you are.
