Aquatic Land Vehicle/LAV type vehicle

I think it would be a good contribuition to Blockland if we could develop a vehicle (and would have to be a playertype) that could traverse on land and water. I think it is a neat idea, play around with it please!

i really didn't like those, they needed a special map to work with deadly water, although it was a good start on a bigger idea.
