getting the position is easy but displaying the information on the gui is not easy.

Create a minimap player object at the corresponding place on the gui.... then it would lag like the old one...

Hell, ignore me, idk if TGE uses OOP that much.

it'd be cool if you could some how set a brick to be the map to then you place 1by1s on top of it and the radar shows the map too. or um actually it'd be better if you just made 32 by 32 bricks under the whole build and used the tool on them then on radar they show up what ever color you paint them a checkered pattern would make since and where you are would be a yellow arrow.

Having the bricks appear would help yes, and if you walk under one, it turns like 50% trans on the radar so you can see yourself under it.
