put the pill on your tongue and quickly take a drink of water(and if the directions say to, finish the glass of water, it helps the pill work or some stuff)
once you do it for the first time and get over your fear you won't mind having to take medicine

When I was taking Lexapro for depression and anxiety, I couldn't stand the taste. Bitter as possible, and dissolved on contact with the inside of your mouth.

What I do with pills is that I get water and kinda take some practice gulp, you know, bob your head a bit, then just swallow. If it doesn't go down just glug the drink.
