I tried to restart Steam and I did, but I can't seem to find my graphics card selection. ( Yes, I have one. ) It won't let me launch the configuration properly. Can someone PLEASE help?

I try configuring the game, and whenever I go onto the graphics part you cannot edit them. I'm not sure what to do.
