Prebuilts are usually not meant for gaming, especially for only $700. For that, you could make a pretty decent computer that could run a few games. So if you think you're getting a $700 dollar gaming computer prebuilt, well sorry, you're out of luck. But you could just upgrade your graphics card and get a radeon hd 4500. But if you're willing you spend more money, buy a new power supply, ram, graphics card and mabye more HDD. Oh and don't forget mobos. If you could, can I see the 'Display' tab of dxdiag, please.
