Sniper Elite V2 is a game in which you are playing as main character Karl Fairburne, and OSS agent who was deployed to Germany in the last days of WWII. Isn't much of a story, but has to do with scientist and a V-2 rocket program. The game is a sequel to Sniper Elite, and has the same time frame, the Battle of Berlin in 1945. One of the biggest features is the new X-Ray Kill Cam. When you take a shot, if the shot is gonna kill, the game will go into slow motion and follow the path of the bullet, and occasionally will show the inside of the opponents organs and bones being torn up by the bullet (Epic). On of the games key components is stealth. You get a submachine gun, pistol, and your sniper rifle which varies. Going in guns blazing is obviously never gonna work. Stay back, and plan out your shots. Taking out snipers in the area first is a good tactic. Another thing is that if you play on the harder difficulties, you have to take into account bullet drop and wind. Easiest difficulty deosnt take these factors. Right now there is a demo available on Xbox Live, im not sure about Steam or PSN. The full game has singleplayer and multiplayer Co-op modes. The game will be released May 4th of 2012.

My thoughts are that this game is intense to play while a friend or two watches, and we take turns. The first playthrough was with my friend, and we kinda had a few odd thoughts on the demo, until we fired the first shot and saw the insane X-Ray shot of a guys jaw getting shot off. Each shot is a mystery, and there are multiple ways to take guys out. My two favorites are to shoot the grenade on their body and blow them up, or the most painful of them all, Testicle Shot. Me and my buddies would sit their and go from silent to loud as each shot comes up. We try and aim for certain parts of the body for awesome shots, and see the awesome X-Ray killcams in action. In my opinion the slow motion nevers gets old.
