If you want to make RPG games fast and easily, then I suggest trying out the RPG Maker programs. http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/

Most of them have 30 day free trials and differ in price depending on what version you want. The latest version is RPG Maker VX Ace. Oh and they also have IG Maker if you want to make other types of video games really easily. I tried out the 30 day free trial for RPG Maker VX once and it was really easy to learn and you don't need to do any coding to make a good game. Really easy and makes good games.

Or you could just not be a lazy poser and actually learn a damn language.

C++, C#, Python, Java, are all great for making video games. But you just have to devote the time and effort into learning it.
