as non tax payers using social services like health, and schooling for free.

If you're talking about illegal immigrant's children, they can get the school, they're an US citizen.

If you don't like them you're lazy because you don't want to compete in the same market, or you're just tribal.

Also you can't keep them out, so just make it easier to become a legal citizen.
